Ooh a flat roofed mcmodern. More refreshing than yet another faux craftsman anyway. The front balconies are nice, if you want to look at that street. Small lot = ez-care lawn. I assume if the lot isn’t from sub-dividing, that this house replaces a 900 sq ft postwar bungalow.
